Will did not get yesterday's msg but thx for thinking of us and we keep on going even though yesterday we both felt very tired. It's always last hour of the walk whatever the length which is toughest and we have to push ourselves to get there. L

Gabrielle thx for your msg and keeping the blog going is now part of our daily ritual. Lack of make up and hair facilities means its quick in the morning and I don't dwell in front of the mirror. The negative side is I look like hell and really miss my mask to hide behind.
All I can say about whether it is getting easier or not is we just take each day as it comes but the people and the places we walk through are all so great that it keeps the spirits up. Love Sal xx
