Our flight to LA was delayed 1 hour and our shuttle bus to our hostel took 2 hours, so we spent the whole 1st day travelling to our hostel. We arrived in San Francisco around 1030, and caught the train into the city and hiked up one of the many hills to our hostel. After settling down we went out and caught our first cable car from union square to fishermans warf, where we ate crabs and clam chowder for lunch.
