Today was supposed to be quite a chilled day, getting passport photos for Shane and taking our visas to the office for them to sort, however this wasn't really the case! Finding somewhere for Shane to get his photos took about an hour and a half, as we just couldn't seem to find one of the photo shops that are supposed to be all over the old town! Today we got a tuk tuk into town for our bus to Chiang Mai. We got in a bit early so we could grab some breakfast and then got on our bus at 9.15. Yesterday we had a chilled one with a bit of a lie in and a walk around the town. We wandered in about 11ish and headed to the hill tribe museum. This gives you a good insight to the native tribes that are still living a traditional lifestyle in North Thailand. Today we were up and at the airport by 7.30! Check in was pretty easy, although there was a lot of waiting to get through security and passport control. This meant by the time we got into departures there wasn't too much waiting around for our flight. We landed in Bangkok at about 11.15 for our connecting flight to Chiang Rai.
