Day 2 at the Magic Sponge...we got up late today and ate breakfast at the bar while chatting to the manager, William. he's a really friendly American guy from Alaska and the perfect host for a guesthosue full of Westerners! We needed to find an ATM so he showed us where to find one that wouldn't charge us (the other one in town charged $4!) and he pointed out a few things to see in town. We headed out for a walk into Kampot on what was another incredibly hot day...

We'd booked a bus to Kampot at 12pm today so we got up early to have breakfast before checking out. The hotel owner got us a tuk-tuk to take us to the bus station and negotiated with the driver for us so that we only paid $1 which is the standard fare but they always try to get more out of you.
