This morning we were collected at 10am by our friendly tuk-tuk driver and we drove for about half an hour until we reached the pepper plantation. Along the way, the driver stopped and told us he needed water for his engine, before heading down the bank at the side of the road to a nearby pond to fill up his tank! This morning we got up early and were waiting outside for our pick-up to go to Rabbit Island at 8:30. While we were waiting, the hotel manager came and asked if we had time for breakfast as it was included in the room price. It's been so long since we've had a free breakfast that we'd totally forgotten about it! He was really nice and asked our driver to wait for five minutes while they made our breakfast - omelette and baguette - and put it into boxes for us...n...

A late start for us today - our pick-up for the bus wasn't until 12:15pm and we didn't have to check out until 11:30. We enjoyed a final breakfast at the Magic Sponge, cooked by Dan the owner as all of his usual Cambodian staff are enjoying their first day off for the Cambodian New Year holiday.
