At 2 pm me and Alice went with Yohan, Peter and Alex, some Swedish boys, down the road to Stratosphere, as we had heard that it was quite easy to sneak into the pool. Even though they were quite expensive, we tried out some of the cocktails- we shared a pitcher of sangria, and then I had strawberry and cucumber mojito and then a proper vodka watermelon. Every time Yohann tried our drinks he'd express his opinion and make us feel really pleased with our choices. When he tried the strawberry one, he exclaimed WOW! We started chatting to a guy who was in a band, who was playing that evening, and we brought him back to our hostel, until he had to go and have band practise.

Me and Alice caught the bus to the main strip, and checked out Caesar's Palace, which was huge. They had a shopping centre, with all designer shops in. Unfortunately we didn't get to see the famous water fountains as they had stopped by the time we got there. We played on some of the slot machines, but I only played about $7, and we weren't playing long enough to be able to get free drinks. After that we went into Planet Hollywood, as they were charging $20 entry into the club there, with an open bar.

We got a taxi to Stratosphere, and watched the guy's band who we met earlier, although it wasn't really our sort of music.
