Wow well what can I say, Rebecca and Dave, the patrons of the polo team invited us round to their beautiful home for thanks giving dinner!!! I had barely walked in through the door before I had a pink champagne in my hand and Matt, daves son was enjoying filling my glass! The house is beautiful with the fountains in the pool, surf board in the garage and open plan kitchen with a full view of city beach!

Daves cooking skills would impress even the Gordon ramseys of this world and Rebecca is the best host with all her marketing background!!! I'm definitely going to miss securing Dave and rebeccas girth every week and am so thankful of all Julie and Owens teaching of the Australian way of life, e.g I must wear a hat at all times or I'll get a headache!!! What a lovely day to finish off a great 7 weeks of schooling the best behaved horses I've ever met!!! Going to miss everybody soooooo much!!! Well off to catch my flight to cairns, certainly the end of an era as a new one begins! The thanks giving rituals were certainly a first for me as we went round the table giving thanks to the things we appreciated!!! And guess what, i was first ha ha I must say I asked advise for places to stay upon my arrival and was offered two choices, one was a quiet place and gilligans, markets itself as the party capital, guess which one I chose!!! Thinking now it would've been a good decision if I wasn't flying from 10 and arriving at 4 am!!! Aaaahhhhh well, I'll jus have to join in with the party!!! :0) xx
