3 wines, 2 beers and no breakfast later and we have acquired the pink wrist bands that provide free drinks, wow!!! Banana hammocks freely roaming the streets and we realise we are really in the official 'surfers paradise'!!!

I met ben (a computer guy) at the bar who seemed to be on an all day sesh with all his work mates! We declined the offer to their pool party in favour of an afternoon at the beach to watch the lifeguards at work whilst the sand whipped our face with severity!!!
