After a rest day in Leh (needed my saddle soreness to ease off) we set off for Khardung-la, the world's highest motorable pass. A later start following yesterday's marathon trip. Only 90 Kms today but we did go over the Barachala pass which at nearly 5 Kms high is a bit of challenge. An 05:20 start. This definitely an adventure and not a holiday. Today was 3-0 to the dogs, although I didn't crash into a dog or fall off they seemed to be trying their hardest to make it happen.
