What a crazy vacation. Today we added imprisoned to our roster of things that have happened to us in Oz. we went to an opal shop and we had to be buzzed in. Fine that is a pretty common jewelry store thing. Then we had to be locked into a caged area. This store wasn't set up like a jeweler it was more like a manufacturer. Very expensive and nerve-racking to be locked in with a pushy sales guy. Luckily we escaped and made it down to a reputable jeweler for some opals. We rode the monorail around the city a little bit and saw china town. We thenwent to the sydney aquarium where we finally got to see a platypus named Zoey and some of australia's Little Penguins. When we were on Roo Island the penguins were still out to sea so we didn't get to see them there but we did get to see them here. We also got to take some photos of some of the animals we saw on the reef. A masked ray, blacktip reef shark and some of the fish. It was a very nice aquarium. Afterwards we came back to chill before we have to pack for our flight tomorrow. Only two more sleeps until back in the states. What a trip though. We enjoyed so much and hoped you all enjoyed seeing our photos and hearing about our adventures. We will have a ton more photos and stories to share once we get back home. Until then though this is us signing off from down under!
