Well we are sitting at the days before we leave. Mom and I are really excited. This is going to be a great trip! I'm really glad we have this ability to share with you all our adventures as we go through Oz. For sure we won't be in Kansas anymore. It's a 15 hour flight from LA to Sydney. Napa, the cat, has decided to come along on the journey! He is waiting to be packed. These last few days are chaotic and somewhat disconcerting as we prepare to travel half way around the world. But all things in life worth doing are usually a combination of terror and excitement! We will miss our animals and our family (especially Alyssa) and friends, God bless us all! 5 days seems like such a short amount of time! I can't believe we are going already. We have been planning for months and now it is here! Jorgen is going to be our travelling companion so keep an eye out for his great photo ops. As you may know he had a small accident in London and didn't mind the gap, so he lost his leg. He got a peg leg once we got state-side and is ready to go off to Aussieland. We will keep you posted as we go half way around the world....
