I've not managed to find a decent computer for a while so I have not been updating the blog.
After a great 2 days at the Seaworld resort we went back to Treasure Island in Surfers Paradise and spent the day swimming and lazing around. On Sunday it was Mother's Day here so we took Jen out to lunch in Coolambatta. I've no idea if I've spelt that right but it was really hot and by the beach. We then move down to Hasting's Point where we had a hook up to cable TV annd I was able to watch Wigan win their fight for survival in the Premier League. I now know Saints will not be joining them. This campsite also had an indoor play centre which the kids had to themselves. We also had a got at swimming in the heated pool.
On Monday we travelled down to Byron Bay which had a really easy feel to it. It was a great place and we really enjoyed relaxing here.
On Tuesday we moved to Ballina which was an old gold rush town but has now developed into a really nice holiday town.
Last night we were in Grafton after spening the afternoon jumping the waves in Yamba. We also saw a snake and Poppy went to touch it whilst we hid in the bushes. She also touched a jelly fish on the beach. She knows no fear.
Tonight we will be spending the night in Nambooca Heads and we are enjoying a rest.
