Revenge is sweet, so says helen...yes it was my turn to carry on the drunkness last night.

We met up with the BBQ guys again & broke every lonely planet rule & went to another favella party, this time though this one was not a tourist show but the real deal! I won't go into details as we're now sure that the CIA or FBI were there undercover & that our movements today have been tracked (lol!)...better to explain in detail, in person!

Felt pretty hung-over all day so spent the afternoon lazying on Impanema beach recovering. Bodies beautiful were everywhere! After a while the coast guard appeared in a helicopter & we think that there were several sharks not too far off the beach, actually we're positive, as we actually saw fins from our spot on the beach.

Tonight we're off to the market at copacabana beach for a spot of shopping & hopefully an early night (had far too much alcohol & very little sleep since thursday!). Tomorrow morning we're going to the hippy market in Impanema for a spot of jewellery shopping, then its off to the football in the afternoon (my first ever game!). I think its going to be monday that I go hang-gliding (weather & nerves permitting) then its celebration-time again for helens birthday. Undoubtably, I'll have more news then.
