It was Amanda's birthday today the same day as Georges at home. Breakfast was at 8pm and i had cereal and pineapple and cup of tea.
At 10am was a Fijian cooking lesson for $25. I watched the chef marinate Spanish mackerel in lime juice and make coconut milk from scratch.
