Day 7 - Palma de Mallorca Today we finally slept in! Most of the crew slept well past 9 and we realized at 9:50 that the buffet breakfast only lasted until 10! Day 6 - Sea Day We told the kids to sleep in today and they slept all the way to 8:15 or so! Odin and I got an extra 15 minutes of sleep while Kevin took anyone that was awake to the buffet for breakfast. Day 5 - Naples Our goal of everyone sleeping in failed by 7:15 this morning when we heard talking from the kids room. Oh well. We went to breakfast at the Cabanas and ate on the back deck of the ship with a great view of the harbor, city and a sailboat that looked like a huge pirate ship - an ominous sign of what would transpire later in the evening. Day 4 - Rome The alarm rang early this morning but it’s worth it for a day spent in Rome. We quickly grabbed breakfast and were off the ship to meet our driver at 7:30 for the 90 min drive to Rome from the port city of Civitavecchia. Day 3 - Pisa If you thought the last two posts were long when we were only on the ship, buckle up because today we left the boat to see Pisa and the leaning tower! Our excursion was through Disney so we met in the theatre for an 8:15 departure and shockingly, we were on time! We boarded the tour bus for the 30 min ride from the port city of Livorno to Pisa.
