today we checked out and went too hire a car, for some reason we decided to go for a huge 2.5l ford ranger truck! And we headed for pai! It took us around 2 hours, most of which was spent on a huge winding mountain which no one told me about!!! 762 bends apparently! Today was a crazy day filled with activities! Up at stupid oclock and packed into a van filled completely with chineese people! Today we did a thai cooking class, we went for the evening option as we don't like to get up any earlier than absolutely necessary and so glad we did as we were the only people so got our own private lesson, I chose to make thai green curry, cashew nut chicken,spicy tomato soup and fried bananas. We learnt about all the ingredients and where they're grown and then started cooking it's ridiculous how many ingredients go into each dish, someI've never even heard!...
