So today we check out and pick up the campervan! It's lovely small enough to drive but roomy enough inside and with purple butterfly's and flowers allover! We drive around getting the hang of it and head back to the travel agents, we try to book our scuba trip but is completely booked up we end up getting even more money off and quickly pay before he changes his mind! We decide to go up to port Douglas for the night and come back for the reef trip on Monday. The drive is only about and hour and we see our first kangaroos! Dead at the side of the road of course, we explore the marina and the beach and go shopping for some food to cook on the camp stove
