We left Buffalo for our flight and we had to stop off in Chicago so the first flight was just to Chicago we boarded the plane and it was so small it felt like we were on a toy ride!  Well the amtrak journey took 9 hours but went so fast we had 2 seats to ourselves and we thought we were in first class as they were so nice and comfy good old USA. We caught the train early in the morning arrived about 11 ish then we went straight to Capitol Hill and then we started to hunt for the White House,to see where Bush hangs out i swear i saw about 5 replicas before we got to the real one but i was quite surprised how far away it was and you couldnt see alot of it...apart from the snipper on the roof!!!! So the journey is starting on Monday 6th November 2006, going from Heathrow to NYC(never been long haul before), staying in NYC for a bit then going to visit Washington to see the White House etc then off to Niagara Falls then jetting off to Vegas (where i hopefully wont lose all my money by gambling the whole lot) then catching the amtrak train to los Angelas, up to San Francisco to see Alcatraz then down to San Diego and Mexico and then back to LA where we fly ...
