Day 6-9:

Day 6 - 28/03/17
We arrived in San Pedro Town on Ambergris Caye by plane and after landing we checked into Pedro's Inn Backpacker Hostel. After settling in we took a stroll around the island and got something to eat. We walked back to our hostel along the beach and took in all the surrounding beauty. Once back at our hostel we went for a swim in the pool just outside our room. After drying off we headed out once again for lunch and another walk around the island. We once again returned to our hostel before heading out again for dinner and then returning to our room to crash for the night.

Day 7 - 29/03/17
After waking we took a stroll around the town and had some breakfast before returning to our room. After a while we set out to see if we could book a snorkelling tour for the next day. Once we had done this we set out for lunch before returning to our hostel and going for a swim in the pool. After a swim it was time for dinner which was only a short walk from our hostel before returning and settling in for the night.

Day 8 - 30/03/17
We woke up early today to head out for our snorkelling trip but on arrival we found out there was not enough people for a trip that morning so we had to go in the afternoon instead. We headed out to get some breakfast and walk along the beach before returning to our hostel. After a while we headed out to get some lunch and then it was time for our snorkelling trip. We boarded the boat and drove for about 20 minutes before we arrived at our snorkelling location. The wildlife was incredible and included fish, rays, sharks and turtles. After a couple of hours it was time to return to shore. After returning to our room we headed out for dinner and got driven into town in a golf buggy by the owner of our hostel. After dinner we returned to our room where we settled in for the night.

Day 9 - 31/03/17
After breakfast it was time to leave San Pedro and catch the water taxi to our next destination.
