So I'm now in Koh Samui which is the bottom of the three islands (Ko Tao, Koh Phangan and Samui) on the East coast. I'm finding it hard to recollect what I've done the past few days since I last wrote so bear with! We moved into the D&D Inn in Bangkok after the tour finished which was on the Koh San Road (centre of nightlife/fun/backpackers) which was a really nice place, and it had a pool!! It's been a long time since I updated and in that time i have done the cambodia tour which was awesome. Started in Phnom Penh after a quick flight from Ho Chi Minh City which was surprisingly painless and i managed to do it all on my own! Amazing. It's now Saturday evening in Ho Chi Minh City and I am BOILING, you cant do anything without sweating it's disgusting. Yesterday we went to the war museum, which was quite good, but again TOO HOT. It was full of lots of photographs which were really shocking/depressing but also great insight into what actually happened. The picture with this blog is of Nha Trang, which I left last night for Ho Chi Minh City! Nha Trang was as it looks, beautiful, sunny, HOT HOT HOT as my stunning beetroot shade of skin can prove! I have the worst tan lines...ugh. We arrived pretty early in Nha Trang (another overnight 12 hour bus ride - which was horrific, I was sat next to a Vietnamese man and his baby. Would have been ok if the man hadnt got his toe kindly stuck on my bum the whole time!! Luck...

I am now in Hoi An! Just a four hour bus drive (still a scary one) from Hue we arrived around 7pm and found a little place to stay, $23 between 5 of us for one night which isnt too shabby! We went for dinner, where they had happy hour from 4-9pm - so I was straight on the vodka and lemonade at 38,000 dong - 2 drinks for about 1.20!
