We got taken at 10:00am to Freefall Taupo and surprisingly I wasn't nervous at all, even when people on the bus were mentioning that 'statistically, 1 in 300 people die skydiving, and no one has died at this Taupo one for 2 years...

Hello! I've done SO much since I last wrote on here so this blog is going to go on forever..hope it doesn't bore everyone too much! After a really awful and tiring journey from Melbourne - Cairns - Auckland (the plan in Melbourne being a few hours delayed and asked 16 people to get off due to 'fuel overloading', plus a 10 hour sleep at Cairns airport), I arrived in Auckland feeling and looking rough. I got talking to some guys who were on my plane and turns out...

I'm back in Melbourne! Laura and I got here after a day or so in Cairns where we basically just plodded around, did some shopping, ate more food and gained even more weight (that ends now!!)..sadly we didn't have time to do the Great Barrier Reef, or Cape Tribulation.. but that was a sacrafice we made in order to come back to Melbourne. Which was totally worth it! After stressing at the airport (really thinking we'd missed our flight as the gate was closed, only...

Again, not in Cairns..still in Airlie Beach, waiting for the 2am bus to take me on the 12 hour journey up to Cairns. I will be so happy when these long bus journeys are done - I used to complain about the 2.5 hour journey up to Nottingham! Ah! We got back from our Whitsundays trip about 3pm this afternoon..I want to gush and say how AMAZING, AWESOME and INCREDIBLE it was as I seem to with most other activities..but apart from being a lot of fun, and a beautiful ...

Ok, so I'm not in Cairns, I'm actually in Airlie Beach en route to the Whitsundays but this rubbish computer wasnt recognising it and kept freezing on me..plus it is really slow at recognising typing so this is going to take forever and a day! So where I last left off I was about to depart for Fraser Island. Our group consisted of 8 girls and 3 boys. JOY! 2 German lads, Andreas and Phillip, and a French guy called Edward who I've been bumping into at every stop ...
