The picture with this blog is of Nha Trang, which I left last night for Ho Chi Minh City!

Nha Trang was as it looks, beautiful, sunny, HOT HOT HOT as my stunning beetroot shade of skin can prove! I have the worst tan lines...ugh. We arrived pretty early in Nha Trang (another overnight 12 hour bus ride - which was horrific, I was sat next to a Vietnamese man and his baby. Would have been ok if the man hadnt got his toe kindly stuck on my bum the whole time!! Luckily they moved soon after and got sat next to a guy from Hertfordshire. No toe poking.

The first day in Nha Trang was spent on the beach (factor 30 and still hideous burns). Felt so hideous I couldn't even go out for dinner (yes, it was that bad!!) so I came back, apparently halluctinated cockroaches on my bed (swear they were there) and slept. The next day we went to see the massive Buddah statue that sits on top a hill overlooking all of Nha Trang which was amazing. Lots of little kids stole my water though!! Better than my money I guess..

In the afternoon we went to the Hot Springs Spa where for 1.80 we had mineral baths, mineral showrs, and MUD BATHS! Incredible stuff. The mud was so smooth and silky, your skin felt amazing after. Getting in the hot mineral bath afterwards was torture though, doesnt bode well with sunburnt skin. at all. And the pool was 38 degrees, so glad I didn't dive in!

Headed back to our hostel after as our bus was picking us up at 7.30. Found Cadburys in a little shop, how amazing! Melted in my hand though so had to pass. (Katie & Liam - I got a bag of mini Dimes!)

The bus was single beds this time! Amazing! Actually slept most of the journey for once. Funny hallucinations from Ema on this journey but best kept to tell face to face!

Arrived in Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) about 6.30am and dragged the heaviiest bag around with sunburnt shoulders, yuck! Now about to depart for the war museum. The girls leave the day before me so I am preparing to spend my first night alone. Fingers crossed but sure it will be fine mum!!!
