Hi.
In Arequipa after the longest most dodgy bus ride i've ever been on, and apparently they only get worse. Ha!! The bloody thing broke down, so we got on a new one in the middle of the night, then that one also broke down, 2 hours later get on another bus, 3 buses, 17 hours later and here we are!! ha!
Followed some french boys to a nice hostal and have had an explore. Eaten in a cafe with the locals who giggled at us when we tried to explain what we wanted. Ha! Tried Inca kola, very nice local drink that grandad would love!
Tomorrow planning the Colca canyon tour and maybe visiting the volcanoes! Kate we missed Nazca!! only just read what you had written, gutted!! ha thanks though hun!!
Yesterday we went to Paracas on a boat trip out to see sealions, Pelicans and some penguins!! ha!! sealions very cute!
Sorry about ridiculous amounts of sand pictures, got slightly carried away!!

me and jon Ha, Mattie dont worry Jon is a good bloke known him for a while now. ha!! Harvey there was lots of burried treasure but didnt have my map to go digging for it!! never mind! Cru i didnt cry about the bus journey, however had a slight melt down after the altitude events, read the colca canyon blog, will make sense. ha! Joe is cool!!
