Hi! So Udaipur to Ajmer on the train, then we got a rickshaw to Pushkar! The rickshaw ride was pretty long and very bouncy but we were too impatient to wait for the bus, and nobody seemed too keen to tell us when the bus would be leaving either, so jumped in a rickshaw. We left Mumbai, and boarded a train to Ahmedabad. The train was good, although the journey felt long, 8hrs, although we were comfortable so shouldn't complain! Once we arrived in Ahmedabad station we waited for another hour before catching our night train to Udaipur. Whilst sat at the platform, we were starred at constantly; I try to smile when I catch peoples glaring eyes, although I'm not sure why as they never smile back and then I feel like a right doughnut!...

We arrived at Mumbai's airport at 3am, and got an old fashioned taxi to the YWCA, where we stayed for our two nights in the city. It was still dark as we drove to our hostel, people were asleep on nearly every pavement we passed.
