After a busy previous day and night we decided today was a lazy day and a chance to chill out on the beach. It was our last day in Thailand!!:( So after gettin brunch we headed out onto the local beach at Ao Nang, Krabi and topped up our tans in the blistering sunshine!!it was v hot. The sea was v warm and deep for 1st part of afternoon but suddenly became v shallow again like the previous days!! It soon became too hot so we chilled out with our peach ice tea...

Today we went on the Kho Phi Phi island tour. To start with we travelled by speed boat. Our group decided to sit at the front of the boat, which is v bumpy and not so gd for those who get sea sick!!!Luckily we had taken sea sickness tablets!! We had relatively short periods on the boat and after 30 minutes we arrived at Bamboo Island, which is a NP and uninhabited with white sand and clear water. Today was an early start as we packed up and said goodbye to Khao Sok NP and headed in a mini-van for 3 hour to Ao Nang, Krabi. Luckily the mini-van was air-conditioned and very comfortable!! Think we must have drawn the short straw for rooms as ours was on the bottom floor and there were some interesting smells and a lovely view of staff doing the laundry!!! When we arrived we decided to grab some lunch and head for the local Ao Nang beach and catch some rays...

Today was our last day in Bangkok, so we decided to spend it shopping down the famous Kho San Rd, putting our bartering skills to gd use!!We needed to get some clothes that we could wear in the heat in malaysia that covered our shoulders and knees!! Then our last few hours we spend on the internet catching up and booking accomodation for Singapore, where our trip ends!!
