Dubrovnik, the pearl of the Adriatic! Our days were mostly the same, breakfast, sunbake, swim, sunbake, lunch, sunbake, arrive at our new port!
We arrived in Dubrovnik mid afternoon and caught the bus into old town. We walked the entire Dubrovnik wall, about 2km in total around the town, with amazing views. Hot, sweaty and tired we then headed for the beach to cool down, and then back into town for icecream & a drink. Back to the boat to get ready for dinner, and onto a cute little restaurant tucked away in an alley. Most nights we headed back to the boat after dinner for happy hour and to get ready for a night out, and this wasn't an exception. We went onto a bucket bar, exactly what it sounds like, a bar that serves cocktail buckets. We then went to a nightclub in town, revelin and ended up having a fairly late night, getting back to the boat around 5am. Bedtime as the sun came up! Next stop, Korcula!
Fun fact for the day: Dubrovnik was one of the main ports, but didn't have a very large army to defend itself therefore they built the wall as a form of protection!
