After saying goodbye to Zora I jumped on the bus and headed to Katowice - a Polish city about 100km outside of Krakow. The bus journey was around 6.5 hours and not the most enjoyable.
Anyways I reached Katowice to find one there was no one at the bus station and no buses heading to Krakow - amazingly a Polish guy managed to point in the semi right direction and off I walk intermittently asking people with no understanding of my English. Amazingly I found a bus parked on the side of the road headed to Krakow so I jumped in just in time too as I took the last seat!

Arriving to Krakow I walked to a large shopping centre where I was to meet Julia my lovely Couchsurfing host. We met and then both agreeing we were tired headed for her place. We shared a nice meal together had a good laugh and in true Polish fashion finished the night off with a night cap of straight cherry vodka :)
Oh and Julia has a turtle that I am sharing the lounge room with - I know very cool.
