This morning it was still snowing and everything was covered in a bright white. I adventured out into the city to see what the centre of Krakow was like.
Unfortunately I don't have the close to handle the cold so I was only able to do short bursts outside and by the time I arrived into the city the snow was melting leaving a black sludgy mud making a walk around the city even more difficult.
I visited a few monuments walked around Market Square and wondered around the Christmas markets which was once again quiet different to any others I have been to.
Although my visit to Krakow has been short I have been able to gather that it would be a nice place to spend some more time - maybe in summer.
To Thank Julia for hosting me tonight I cooked Tortilla Austra-la-polish for her: which included 4-5 different types of Polish sausage, olives, corn, carrot, onion and sundried tomatoes.
After dinner we went for a drive around the city visiting the old Jewish district, a number of Synagogues and churches, the love bridge and drove around the castle.
All in all my visit to Krakow has been great but I am certainly ready to be boarding the plane headed for warmer weather.
