I walked to the local markets this morning to soak up some local culture. Very much like the markets in Latvia and Estonia the Lithuanians sell all kinds of fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, dried meats, pastry, breads, clothes, utensils actually almost everything. It has now became my favorite thing to walk around and look at the various foods and sample all the dried fruits! Today I had a good sleep in before taking off to the city to do some exploring. The weather here is very grey and so even just going outside is a bit of a battle. Today was my last day in Tallinn before heading back to Latvia and on to Lithuania. My CS Hosts Henry & Lotte were off to pick up their new kitten this morning so I joined them as I absolutely love kittens. We had some time to spare so they drove me around the Russian and Soviet sides of the city - very similar to Latvia.
