Hang-overs and Lost Things!! After all the drinking lastnight I felt incredibly hung-over this morning. We ate breakfast and were then rushed to the boat which would take us back to the mainland. When we got back to port we were all feeling terrible and dying to get out of the sun. We were ushered into a 4wd and then took off towards Panama City. We met two lovely American born Korean girls who were violinists in a Symphony. The girls are on a three week holiday and were so interesting that I think I must have asked them 100 questions about their life's. just as we arrived back into the city the girls Helen and Melody asked if I would like to join then at their hotel and take a hot shower and share lunch with them - I almost fell-off my sleep: such a kind act. When I got out with the girls the driver was laughing and giving me the wink thinking I was some kind of lady charmer. The hotel was beautiful and after a hot shower and a fresh towel I went to grab my wallet and automatically remembered I had left it in the 4wd. Panicking I ran downstairs and rang the tour company Lam tours in the hope they had my wallet and passport. The company did in fact get a call from driver saying he had found passport and wallet but he was now outside the city; I begged them to ask him to bring it back and luckily a few phone calls later and some incredible luck he agreed to come. When the driver arrived I thanked him for his kind act and have him some money for fuel. Helen and I then headed to the supermarket to buy some fruits and salad and on the way back found a char- grilled chicken resteraunt and decided on a whole chicken. Melody was sick in bed so we brought the food back to the hotel and had a wonderful lunch together of roast chicken, salad, avocado and fruits. It was now atound 4:30pm and i had to walk back to Casco Viejo where I was meeting my German friends and going to my CS hosts place. I arrived back and headed straight around to my old hostel to meet Marion and Micha. Micha had been to the doctor and confirmed that he did in fact have a broken toe and there was nothing that could be done for it. I tried to work out a bit of a plan with the guys as maybe I might join them tommorow when they take a bus to the surfing town of Pedasi. Making my way around to Rafas I was met by Rafa and his Bat-s*** crazy friend called Joel who was incredibly junk after a whole day of drinking. I did my own thing rather then join in with more drinking; packed my stuff, write my blog and luckily I was able to use a little Internet so that I could send a few messages. I was in bed by 11pm but had to put up with the drunk guy Joels yelling, incredible loud talking and general drunkenness.
