This morning was a bit of a slow start but by about 9am people had started to rise so it was time to get up. The recovery - how about a 11:30am sleep-in and a very slow start to the day. A cup of tea and a sit out under the sun. Bat around 2pm we went out for a typical Chinese Lunch of pork belly and pork in a typical Chinese marinate, rice, wontons, fried vegetables and other bits and pieces.
