After barely sleeping lastnight due to the freezing temperatures I was up early and ready for our bicycle ride. Today I got up early did my exercises, yoga and chatted a bit with Erika's Dad. I then went for a bit of a walk around and through a bit of a rough area of Bogota. Today I had a good sleep in and then waited for my host Erika to get back. It was a bit boring waiting around and seen as I don't have a key I couldn't go anywhere. When Erika got back she took me down to her Mothers little resteraunt - I felt bad as I didn't want to keep eating here without paying - anyways half way through she told me I had to pay, this was fair enough I just didn't like how I was invited - half eat my food and then bam by the way you pay haha!...

My flight to Miami was long and uncomfortable but by 8am we had arrived. I grabbed some breakfast, surfed the net and waited a few hours for my next flight to Bogota.
