2 spectacular things happened today: the jumping croc cruise and holding a snake.

Before we got off the minibus I covered myself in insect repellent. I didn't know there was going to be snake holding, or that I shouldn't wear repellent.� I watched other people holding the snake. This one girl was really shaking badly. I was annoyed :o(

The jumping croc cruise was totally ace! You got out in this boat with 2 levels and a woman dangles meat over the side and the crocodiles jump to get the meat :oD I had much difficulty trying to time the shutter to close as the crocodile snapped. I was very good at it :o( I did get a couple of good photos, and I got a couple of videos too :o)

I got to do a bit of MacGuyvering at the campsite. A hook had broken off and I rigged it up again using a bit of string I had brought with me.
Dinner was lovely that night - Thai green curry. I think Charles was in charge of cooking. He grew up on a farm and cooks all the time.

Had quite an early night - got 6 hours sleep straight through. Well, almost straight through; one toilet stop. I shared a tent with Charles again because he had bagged one close to the track to the toilet and it didn't have a big puddle at the door :oS
