We leave Sami this morning and head to Fiskardo, up north.The blog cover photos shows who we think is Mick Bristo reincarnate. His name is Miksi. Has the same character as Mick. With goodbyes over we hit the road for Fiskardo and we have a planned stop at a an out of the way beach called Petanio. From the cliff top where a few of my photos were taken, this is a pearler. At beach level it is still good but the sea bottom is covered in medium to large rocks so even with our beach shoes it is uncomfortable.

We spend a few hrs here enjoying the sun, the quiet and the refreshing crystal clear water. We decided to have a bite to eat before heading to our main objective Fiskardo. It took us 40 minutes and 10 more to find the B&B.

It is a nice style B&B with a view over looking the Ionion sea.The only sore point is it is 3 kilometers out of the main town.

We settle in and then we are off to explore this town of Fiskardo and we find it to be a very similar place to Gaios on Paxos, a place for yachts to park. There are many restaurant and trinket places.

For dinner we ate at the port, at a restaurant called Irida. It is a seafood restaurant, and boy can the Greek cook fish. Shirley had the prawns wrapped in fillets of sole (flounder), I the juicy grilled, with crispy skin, sea bream and salad. Great welcome to Fiskardo dinner.

Tomorrow we are car exploring to find a beach named Mystos, it has a reputation as one of best beaches In Kefalonia. So it is that time again, I am going to bed,
