Hi Guys
Well while you are coping with the African heat it has been snowing a blizzard here! Looks like we could even have a white Christmas. Regan got the day off school today to play in the snow but some of us still had to struggle through it to get to work!! Pics are awesome. Think of us in the cold!! Brrrr!! Love the Lobo's xxx

Hello John and Marina,
I have just returned from a wet walk on the Wild Coast. Beautiful but more rain than we needed. What a wonderful time I have just had catching up with the two of you. Bundu bashing and roughing it seems to have taken on another dimension in your road travels. I hope that the next half of your journey goes well, peacefully and sees you both continuing in good health. Keeping away from the tsetses and other flying, stinging and creeping things is obviously a real challenge. Love Di

Dear John and Marina: I am loving your trip and I am reliving your experiences. Truly unique Mana your diary - maybe a book in store? It would be a big hit here in the USA. A year ago today I was on a plane on my way to S.A. thereafter to our wonderful trip to Botswana, which I thought was awesome. What you are living now is truly fantastic. Miss you and safe trip. God bless. Much love to both of you, your sister Luisa

Hello Marina & John
I must say that you two have guts... I think that it is a wonderful adventure, but I personally would never put my neck on the line like this.... guess I have always been a "menina da cidade" (like Babbie says). I am loving to see your trip through this "window" and let me know when you arrive in Portugal... beijinos from all :-)

Hi guys. Great to see you both strong and enjoying your trip of a life time. Brings back a lot of memories ito names and places - recall things I learnt in history and geography many moons ago at Athlone Boys........long ago. Winter is starting to set in here. Must say mildest conditions we have experienced since arriving in the UK 10 years ago!! Look forward to more stories from our interprid explorers. Enjoy and take care. Beijinhos
