Hi guys. Wishing you a Merry Xmas in the bush. We are here at Zeza and Joe's and eating, drinking and being Merry. Very cold but adds to the atmosphere as the Port warms the inards to compensate. Hope you have a continued great trip and we will speak soon. Everyone here in Portugal wishes you all the very best. Abracos e beijinhos e um Natal feliz.

Very Happy Christmas to you. It seems so long since we had a warm christmas (probably cos it is about 18 years!!!)
We have just come back from Richmond Park. Sky blue, sun shining, snow and ice, loads of beautiful deer and everyone being nice to each other!!! Even if it is only for one day, its wonderful.
Stay safe, we are both enjoying your travels, its like a virtual trip for us!!
Happy 2010 and see you soon. Much love Jacqueline and Ian xxxxx

Hi Marina and John
Sounds like you are both having fun. The Eastern Highlands of Kenya which you say reminds you of England with its lush terrain must be really welcome after other dry parts of Africa. You know that you are in Africa when you say sit down toilets are a luxury.
Wishing you both a very happy Christmas and prosperous new year.
Love Mike and Jenny

Hi Dad & Marina / Pop & Vovo. Thanks for all the updates, your trip looks fantastic! You both look very relaxed and happy. We just wanted to wish you a wonderful Christmas & a Happy New Year. Jessica started swimming without her arm bands a week ago & the next day she was running and cannon bombing into the pool! She loves going under water. She is so cute. Josh is just as awesome as ever! They are both very excited about Christmas. Take care. Love from us all xxxx xxxx

Gosh, you are amazing people. I must say I'm feeling exhausted traveling with you - how you do it, I simply do not know.
We will be off to the UK on 28.12 for 3 weeks but we'll keep track of you all the way. Must say, you don't seem to be slumming it! Looks yummy - the entire trip. Well done you two!!
Love and Cinnamon Wishes for Christmas,

Hi John and Marina, I am just posting my Christmas good wishes now as Andrew and I leave tomorrow to spend time with my brother in Gaberone. I will look forward to catching up with your travels in the New Year. Your stays in the lodges seemed full of beautiful bush magic and lodge luxury - lucky you. I will think of you in Lalibela for Christmas and pray that all will be peaceful and happy for you two.
With love and best wishes - Di

Anyway, whilst we have a truly frosty and disruptive entree into Xmas looks like yours will be a lovely sunny and exciting one.
