On sunday I flew from Quito to the Galapagos. I met another girl from London (also 27) called Katherine (yet another Katherine/Catherine in my life!!!!) who came to the Galapagos project on the same day. Hola, I´m back after a week of no communication!!!! Cotopaxi Volcan was amazing. It was a day trip from Quito to the Cotopaxi national park where there are 3 volcanoes (active i think). I went with 2 girls i met at school and we spent the whole day laughing. The trip was about 2 hours by bus to the national park. The weather took a turn for the better yesterday and we had the hot weather that you might expect from the equator. However just when i´ve got my flip flops on a massive storm has started! Hello everyone! I´m now in S AMerica so i guess my adventure has started!! I arrived at 9am on sunday morning after flying for about 24 hours! My flights went from Heathrow - Amsterdam - Bonnaire - Guaygil - Quito, so in total i took off and landed 4 times and my baggage made it all the way with me. The landing in Quito was a bit scary.
