Today was Universal Studios Day. Took Lyft from hotel. No problem. Got to Universal about 8:45. Decided to upgrade ticket to front of line pass. Pricey but it made for a fantastic experience. Almost no waiting. Saw everything we wanted. Some we ride twice.
Connor's favorite was Jurassic Park ride. We got soaked at the end. Many other rides were roller coaster type and several were virtual reality in which you felt you were flying thru, over, under or around something. Quite realistic and sometimes scary. The creativity and skill that goes into those rides is amazing. Other rides were Studio Tour, The Mummy, Water World, Transformers, Minion Mayhem, Special Effects, Harry Potter, The Simmons, and Animal Actors. Connor also spent time in a water park getting soaking wet. Left around 6 PM starving. Went to Hard Rock for supper.
Took Lyft back to 902 W Olympic Blvd. Lyft guy is a web designer by day. He wants to meet other people.
Now we're packing for our flight to Honolulu tomorrow morning at 20:25 AM. Flt is overbooked by 4 people, so maybe we'll get lucky. Connor is writing his journal.
