Jens' Travels
The weather was once again quite nice this day, at least until the evening. I walked through the fish market and over to Bryggen, a historic area in Bergen. This area contained several shops and old buildings to explore.
I made my way back to the quay and boarded the ferry for the Mostraumen Tour. This tour goes along the fjords immediately north of Bergen and goes in a circle before returning to town. The scenery here was also quite impressive and includes going partway through a narrow inlet and to a small waterfall. A crew member reached out with a bucket and filled it with the water from the waterfall. The crew then filled up cups of the fresh mountain water for us to drink.
After returning, I had wanted to go up Floibanen, but unfortunately, the weather had turned right at the end of the Mostraumen Tour. I felt it wasn't worth going as visibility had been significantly reduced with the cloud cover and it started to rain.
