I got up early to make my morning flight and conclude my summer 2015 trip to Scandinavia and the UK.

This morning, I decided to visit the Royal Observatory Greenwich. I travelled to Canary Wharf, then made my way south through the Greenwich Foot Tunnel. I checked out the nearby Cutty Sark, a British clipper ship on display, before making my way to the Royal Observatory. This morning, I headed over to the City of London and visited the Bank of England Museum. The museum, despite being in a busy area, is kind of hidden away at the back of the Bank of England. The museum was quite good as it gave a concise history of the Bank of England and had some interesting exhibits on display. In may opinion, it was the right size for a tourist visit. This morning, I took a tour to Stonehenge. The structure is quite the spectacle and there's an audio tour detailing what's known about the stone circle. That evening, back in London, I met up with a buddy living in London and we went through Soho. We stopped off for dinner at a place that makes savoury pies, and the one I had was quite good. This morning, I made my way to the train station and took the train down to London, England. The hotel I stayed at was actually the same hotel I stayed in about six years earlier when I did a tour of Europe. It's conveniently located just northwest of Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. I went to the courtyard and found the cat, who's quite friendly, was still there.
