Heading south to the 'southern most city in the world', Ushuaia, we made a short pit stop in Puerto Madryn, on the east coast of Argentina. Having spent the past 3.5 months in the heat, we were totally under-prepared for wind, rain and the cold. Buenos Aires, beautiful Buenos Aires. We both LOVE this city. Again, we were fortunate to be staying with friends we've met along the way, Fede & Jime, and had the comfort of their lovely apartment - a washing maching, cable TV, comfy beds and a great warm shower...daily normalities but extreme luxury when travelling!
