After a very interesting overnight train from Surat Thani up to Bangkok we arrived in Bangkok on the 21st. We were picked up by mini bus and had a day of exploring to do. On the 16th we got the ferry early in the morning from Surat Thani to the island of Koh Pha Ngan. We were picked up in a pick up truck and driven forty minutes to our accomodation which was right on the beach in the north of the island.
