So...we're back in Bangkok...again!!! Had quite the journey here last night - left our hotel at 2pm and boarded our boat and set off at 3pm. It was one hell of a bumpy choppy 3 hour boat ride there during which we were convinced that our suitcases were going to have fallen overboard so we were desperately trying to decide what we would need to buy/replace if we ever reached dry land!! So my first proper blog entry...I'm in Bangkok :) currently sat waiting for a 12 hour bus to take us to Koh Samui. We arrived two days ago, plane journey was surprisingly ok, hotel was nice, we were in quite a good location too so alls good so far (touch wood). Been sightseeing to a few buddhist temples, walked the streets of Bangkok LOADS, been on a long boat to the Grand Palace, and we've got quite a few tuktuks which are surprisingly not that scary.
