Hello again!

You'll be pleased to hear we're still alive, the last 6 weeks since we did an entry have flown by for us, we've been really busy!!!

So we managed to go horse trekking before Christmas and it was amazing, we both had a great time! We went just out of town and trekked across a mountain and then back through moke creek. We were only riding for a couple of hours but neither of us could walk properly for the next week...it was stupidly painful but totally worth it!!

Christmas was so much fun too. Jess got lucky and got a big bottle of bubbles from work so we woke up to a champagne breakfast and loads of pressies! We went over to Mary's house about 2pm and had the most amazing christmas dinner, obviously it wasn't a patch on Mums but still amazing! There were about 15 of us, after dinner the drinks strated flowing and we went crazy with games of chinese whispers and charades!!!

Jess was working on New Years Eve but Karen finished just before midnight and went to watch the fireworks on the lake front.

Since then we have both been working stupid hours and are now counting down the days till we are officially unemployed and home less again!!!yay!we never thought we would be excited about that!!

Karen did the Nevis Arc earlier this week! For those of you who don't know the arc is a big swing 120m above a canyon! Follow this link to see it in action!!!

We are booked to do a skydive today which we are excited about. it was suppossed to be at 9am today but it got cancelled as it was too windy but hopefully we can do it this afternoon!!! As we were up early on our day off we went for breakfast at karens work and then coffee at jess' work. Tonight we are off to a pool party which should be fun!

We have also started planning our trip around Oz, we are going to hire a camper again to do the Great Ocean Road and Grampians and then we will be flying from Melbourne to Cairns and travelling down the coast to Sydney before flying across to Perth!

No more gossip this end, we'll let you know how the skydive goes though!
