One month has passed since we were in Uganda and it is safe to say that the beans and rice, the night time mosquito dodging dashes to the toilet, the bugs, the goats, the mud huts, the incredible sunsets from the rock, the smiling students and the amazing staff we came to know feel very far away... However, not a day goes by where I don't think of Kyaka.
Kate, Robyn and I are all now back at University and are putting the finishing touches to our report for the RGS on our findings from our time in Kyaka II. We will update our website with a briefer synopsis once this is done.
Some of you may have read my blog which featured Danny and his heart-wrenching story. I have made a short video for him, if you would like to watch it please follow this link
