We all really loved Hoi An! It is a quiet little town close to a beautiful beach with loads of little tailor shops dotted up and down the streets. Obviously we took full advantage of them and had shoes, dresses and shorts made for a really good price! We wanted more....
We stayed at a place called Ancient Lodgings and it certainly lived up to its name. It was situated in the middle of the bustling market and our room didn't have proper door or windows it was like going back hundreds of years in time, strange little place!
The second night we went out for a few beers and ended up getting home just in time to catch our 7.30 am bus to Hue ( 6 hrs away!) We blame the Irish lads Stevo, Lyno and Alan for encouraging us and drinking a few too many buckets ( a bucket filled with Vodka, Whiskey, coke and mixtures- very lady like!). As we were finishing up our drinking sessions the locals were partaking in a spot of Tai Chi just outside the bar, the temptation was too much for Sal and Vic to resist... we have evidence!
Oh our bus bus journey to Hue WAS horrendous, obviously!!!
