Well we got to watch the England game the other night - the day after whilst we were eating dinner in one of the pubs, we've also found a bar here that has free internet for 15 mins while you have a beer which is good just to check the emails.

On Saturday night we went to the bar across from our hotel that has a ladyboy cabaret show on but it was really bad!! they were trying to mouth the words to the songs when it was obvious they had no clue what the songs were saying and the dancing left a lot to be desired so the ladyboys of bangkok have nothing to be worried about just yet, but it was good for a laugh!

We're both getting bitten to death by mozzies every night so i am constantly scratching my legs - attractive i know! It just seems to be since we've come south that the mozzies have appeared as they were no problem in Bangkok. Mum dont tell me you gave me some anti-mozzie stuff because believe me it doesnt put them off one bit!

We've been quite boring some nights as we've been tired or trying to save pennies and so have had a couple of games of scrabble its quite even still between us!

Yesterday we went to another beach (Lamai) on the saamlaw (bus type tuk tuk) which was a nice change as the sea got deep far quicker so we could have a proper swim, this beach didnt seem to be as busy as chaweng either and i think it is slightly cheaper around there too as the beer was cheaper!

Last night we went to the bar with free internet to check emails and one of the barmaids brought out herself a snack of crickets (fried) she offered me one and who am i to refuse if Jordan can eat live ones in the jungle i can eat cooked ones so i had one and i have to say it didnt taste bad - it didnt taste good either it was a bit non-descript but at least now Tash i can tell you've Ive eaten an insect!!

Today we've booked our trip to ko Phangan so we're off there in the morning so a whole new beach to look forward to lying on for a week - hehe sorry to make all you office workers jealous.
