Actually it's not the end. Out of 260 crew, 18 men survived and sailed on, returning to Spain in 1522. It was the first ship to circumnavigate the globe. Magellan started with 5 ships and 260 men. Only1 ship and those 18 guys made it home.

Despite what the guide book says, Cebu City is turning into a mini-Manila. That means lots of traffic jams and congestion. Riding a motorbike here was less than pleasant. It's worth a look around for a day but no more. I'm hopping the ferry over to Bohol island....
