Naxos is great! This is the biggest island in the Cyclades island group and has some ancient ruins that are accessible by car including the cave where the Greek god Zeus was raised and the Temple of Demeter. And the main town at the port has an almost maze like layout so wandering aimlessly and getting lost is fun. All good stuff I suppose.

There are some drawbacks to the sailing life now that we are a few days into the trip. The biggest of these is that my bank account is not as big as my attitude when we dock next the to the mega yachts in port. Acting rich is fun! In the end however, I have lots of time to spend, but very little money. Time rich, cash poor. That's the backpàcking life.
