It is nice to see there is another fan of ducks. I knew this trip would improve my geography. I now know where Biel is with the help of my new atlas.Keep up the good work.It is a great blog as you are making so many people jealous.
By the way David did you see our cricket team snatched defeat from the jaws of victory again!

Hi, the whole trip sounds absolutely fantastic and the Guggenheim Museum is amazing! Love the beach shots, especially as it's tipping with rain here from a gloomy grey sky, and there's a real autumnal feel in the air. I see David is being his usual taciturn self. Or is it just that he can't get a word in edgeways??
Carry on having a wonderful time, you're cheering us up no end!
Taking David's lead, Dad says, 'whatever'. But he is packing for a 5 am departure for bonny (wet) Scotland tomorrow so is a bit stressed!
love Mum and Dad xxxxx

Fantastic blog and photos. Sounds like you're having fun. Loving the detailed description and David's version at the end! Can't wait for the next installment, no pressure! Heard from Kirsten, sounds like you had a great 48 hours in Madrid, I might have to take her up on the offer of the sofa bed...

So you've been gone for a couple of days now and I'm sure everything is going great so far! Would love to hear about it/ see some pics - hint hint! To be fair, I'm just encouraging this so that regular updates become habit and routine for you - particularly beneficial for those of us that are at work (Y'know that thing you dont have to do for like 8 months) On friday afternoons we need distractions!
